VISIT FROM BRUSSELS: VALE DA ESTRELA RECOGNIZED AS AN EXAMPLE IN THE CENTRAL REGION

Vale da Estrela Dairy was visited by the head of the follow-up unit at the Directorate General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission, Elvira Bakker, together with the heads of the PDR 2020 Management Authority and the Directorate General for Agriculture and Fisheries of the Center, who honoured us with their trip to Mangualde to get to know our facilities as well as the evolution of the activity.

On this occasion, we took the opportunity to present the history of Vale da Estrela Dairy  since its foundation, as well as the purpose of contributing effectively and sustainably to the development of the Serra da Estrela region.

An opportunity to share the experience of a journey that results from a demanding collective work, of which we are very proud.
