Serra da Estrela Cottage Cheese Pie – Recipe by Chef Diogo Rocha

 

Ingredients:
5 eggs

50grs melted butter

100grs flour

350grs sugar

1 tea spoon baking powder

300grs Serra da Estrela Cottage Cheese

 

How to do:

 

Serra da Estrela Cottage Cheese Pie

Mix the eggs, Cottage Cheese and sugar.

Add the baking powder and the flour at finally the melted butter.

Line the bottom of a pie shape mold with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.

Bake at 180° for 45 minutes
