II – Intellectual property, copyrights and related rights (neighboring rights)

All materials in Vale da Estrela website, including design, texts, graphics, photos and presented content are intellectual property of Sociedade Agro Industrial, and are therefore protected by the copyright law. It is strictly forbidden to modify, record, copy, duplicate, sell, distribute or any whatsoever forms of exploitation, whether or not for commercial purposes.

This website user shall not use any software or application that disturbs its usual operation and it is hereby forbidden the use of any application or mechanism, automatic or manual, to monitor or to copy its content, on a permanent basis, in the whole or in part, and by any means, without the previous consent of Sociedade Agro Industrial Terras da Azurara Unip LDA.

III – Personal data treatment

Sociedade Agro Industrial Terras da Azurara Unip LDA is the responsible entity for the data treatment, ensuring the protection and privacy of all users of Vale da Estrela website.

IV – Access suspension or interruption

Sociedade Agro Industrial Terras da Azurara Unip LDA reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the access to VALE DA ESTRELA website for the period of time considered necessary at its sole discretion, for any technical, administrative or force majeure reasons, or any other reasons what so ever.

Sociedade Agro Industrial Terras da Azurara Unip LDA may not be held responsible for any access suspension or interruption that may occur due to a fact not caused intentionally or as the result of serious negligence on its part.

V – Responsibility limitation

Sociedade Agro Industrial Terras da Azurara Unip LDA shall not be held responsible for virus damages caused to the user’s computer or network, or to any other assets, upon the access to Vale da Estrela website with content transfer from it to the user’s computer or network.

Without prejudice of the above confidentiality dispositions regarding the personal data usage, there are risks related to the Internet, making it possible to third parties to capture and / or transfer the data on the website.
