Chef Diogo Rocha, from the Restaurant Mesa de Lemos, at Silgueiros, in Viseu municipality, a major reference within the Portuguese gastronomy, distinguished with a Michelin star, visited Vale da Estrela Dairy with a news report of the RTP channel and highlighted the excellence of our Matured PDO Cheese.
