1 Vale da Estrela Cottage Cheese
1 table spoon of Rosemary honey

3 tea spoons of sugar
1 tea spoon full of cinnamon

Remove the curd from the packaging and place it on a plate that can go in the oven. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Sprinkle around with honey.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the honey on the bottom of the plate. serve warm
