COAPE-CIDECA, an axial element for the implementation of this investment, in the figure of its president, Rui Costa, welcomed the entrepreneur from Contenças and the manager Luís Ferreira and, before the entire management, with the presence of the Mayor of Mangualde, leader of ANCOSE and the Bordaleira sheep producers in the county, explained the grandeur and extent of the new dairy Vale da Estrela – Beira Alta Mangualde, which will be operating in January 2017, will create around two dozen new jobs work and generate wealth and stability in the dairy sector, while spreading the name Mangualde associated with Serra cheese – PDO, in Portugal and abroad.

This time, on the 29th of December, the mangualdense, Jorge Coelho, came to his homeland to present an investment to his future trading partners, a new project in the area of dairy and fruit products.
