The first Christmas party of the “family” Vale da Estrela gathered around 70 people and took place this Saturday the 10th, at the restaurant A Cascata, in Mangualde.

The party promoted by Vale da Estrela Dairy brought together shepherds and their families, members of the Agricultural Cooperative (Coape), employees of Vale da Estrela Dairy, as well as the Mayor of Mangualde, João Azevedo.

After lunch and an afternoon of socializing, souvenirs were distributed to all the families present and individual gifts to the children.

Vale da Estrela Dairy started this month the production of the Serra da Estrela PDO Cheese, the Serra da Estrela Mature PDO Cheese and the Serra da Estrela Cottage PDO Cheese.
