Vale da Estrela Dairy was present at the “Feira dos Santos” (All Saints Fair) that took place in Mangualde between the 2nd and 4th of November.

Vale Estrela Dairy had for the first time a cheese maker making Serra da Estrela PDO cheese, revealing to visitors the traditional techniques by which the cheese is produced.

During the various days of the event, the Dairy facilities received hundreds of people and many of them expressed their appreciation for the quality of the products on display.

This year’s edition of Feira dos Santos once again registered a large number of visitors, several thousand, who always have a wide range of traditional products to see or taste.
