Vale da Estrela Dairy was chosen by Vila Galé Group to be the supplier of Serra da Estrela PDO Cheeses and Serra da Estrela PDO Cottage Cheese in their new  Hotel Vila Galé Serra da Estrela, located in Manteigas.

Like other hotels of the Group for which Vale da Estrela is the selected supplier, this new hotel also started to make our products available to its guests and, being located in the region demarcated for the production of Serra da Estrela PDO Cheese, it has a singular importance.
